As such, appointments cannot be rescheduled, amended, or cancelled without a minimum of 7 days' notice. **Rescheduling:** Appointment changes requested within 7 days of the scheduled service may not be possible and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. **Late Arrival & Non-Attendance:** Customers are expected to arrive at the agreed appointment time. Failure to attend, or arriving significantly late, may result in the appointment being cancelled and the deposit forfeited. **Service Authorisation:** By booking this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Pre-Service Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions and authorise Prestige Performance Group to carry out the agreed service on your vehicle. **Additional Work:** If additional faults or issues are identified during the service, no further work will be carried out without prior customer approval.
