Materials Policy: Walnut shells and dry ice are ordered in exact quantities for each booking. As such, we are unable to reschedule or amend your booking without a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Rescheduling: Appointment changes requested within 7 days of the scheduled service may not be possible and will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
