Oil & Filter Service – Booking Policy All oil and filter services are carried out using quality parts and manufacturer-grade oil. Vehicle-specific requirements (including oil grade, capacity, and filter type) will be confirmed prior to or during the appointment. 💳 Deposits A deposit may be required to secure your booking 👉 Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances and are used to secure workshop time and resources Deposits may only be transferred to another booking if a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given ⏱ Appointments Please arrive on time for your booking Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in loss of deposit 🔍 Service Scope This service includes engine oil and one oil filter only Additional filters (air, fuel, cabin, etc.) are not included and will be quoted separately if required Includes a basic visual inspection only This is not a full diagnostic or vehicle health check Any faults or concerns identified will be reported and quoted separately 🛢 Oil Specification & Surcharges Standard service includes manufacturer-grade oil within normal specification ranges Specialist or manufacturer-specific oils (e.g. low SAPS, long-life, performance oils) may incur a surcharge 👉 Specialist oils are charged at cost, typically exceeding £8 per litre depending on specification Final oil type and cost will be confirmed based on vehicle requirements ⚠️ Vehicle Condition Additional labour may be required if components are seized, damaged, or non-standard Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding 💷 Payment Terms Remaining balance is due on completion Card, cash, and bank transfer accepted No credit unless pre-agreed (trade accounts only) 🛠 Warranty Parts and labour are covered under standard warranty Warranty does not cover pre-existing faults or unrelated component failures
