Cancellations or changes requested within 7 days of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and may be subject to the full value of the booked service being charged. **Access Requirements:** You must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location with sufficient space for our technician to carry out the service. If the location is deemed unsuitable upon arrival, the appointment may be cancelled, and charges may apply. **Power & Safety:** Certain services may require access to a suitable 240V power supply. Customers must advise Prestige Performance Group of any site restrictions, access limitations, or safety concerns prior to the appointment. **Internet & Signal Requirements:** Many vehicle programming and remapping services require a stable internet connection. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate mobile signal coverage or access to reliable broadband at the service location. Where connectivity issues prevent completion of the service, charges may still apply. **Weather Contingency:** Mobile services are subject to suitable weather conditions. Where adverse weather prevents safe operation, Prestige Performance Group reserves the right to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost. **Vehicle Condition:** The vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition and capable of being safely worked on. Existing faults, flat batteries, communication issues, or mechanical defects may prevent completion of the service and may incur additional diagnostic charges. **Service Authorisation:** By booking a mobile service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Pre-Service Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions and authorise Prestige Performance Group to carry out the agreed service at your chosen location. **Payment:** Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
