Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. Materials Policy: Walnut shells and dry ice are ordered in exact quantities for each booking. As such, we are unable to reschedule or amend your booking without a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Rescheduling: Appointment changes requested within 7 days of the scheduled service may not be possible and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Service Authorization: By booking this service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Pre-Service Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions and authorize Prestige Performance Group to perform this service on your vehicle.
