As such, appointments cannot be rescheduled, amended, or cancelled without a minimum of 7 days' notice. **Rescheduling:** Appointment changes requested within 7 days of the scheduled service may not be possible and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. **Late Arrival & Non-Attendance:** Customers are expected to arrive at the agreed appointment time.
