Cancellation Policy
**AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS** All air conditioning services carried out by Prestige Performance Group are performed on a **diagnostics-first basis**. An Air Conditioning System Check may be required before any refrigerant recharge is undertaken to assess system condition and identify any faults that could affect performance. **We do not regas faulty or leaking systems.** If a fault is identified during inspection or testing, a repair plan and quotation will be provided before any further work is carried out. The Air Conditioning System Check is an assessment of the system's condition at the time of testing only. While every effort is made to identify faults, additional issues may become apparent during repair, evacuation, vacuum testing, recharging, or subsequent operation of the system. Further diagnostics may therefore be required. Customers must attend appointments at the agreed time. A minimum of **48 hours' notice** is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend an appointment may result in a charge and may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. Refrigerant, diagnostic time, leak detection materials, and workshop time are chargeable once used. Charges may apply even if a repair is subsequently declined. By booking this service, you authorise Prestige Performance Group to carry out the agreed inspection, testing, and repair work on your vehicle and confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
