Cancellation Policy
All air conditioning services at Prestige Performance Group are carried out on a diagnostics-first basis. An AC system check may be required prior to any recharge to ensure the system is functioning correctly and to prevent unnecessary cost. We do not regas faulty or leaking systems. If a fault is identified, a clear repair plan and quote will be provided before any further work is carried out. Appointments must be attended on time. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may result in a charge or require a deposit for future bookings. The AC system check provides an assessment of the system at the time of testing. Additional faults may become evident during or after repair, and further diagnostics may be required. Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
