How It Works

3. Supply a compatible replacement EIS / EZS module.
4. Clearly mark the modules as ORIGINAL and REPLACEMENT.
5. Include your order number inside the parcel.
6. Send the package to Prestige Performance Group.
Once received, we will transfer the immobiliser and vehicle data from the original module to the replacement module and prepare it for installation.
Upon completion, a member of our team will contact you with an update and arrange payment of the return shipping fee before dispatch.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is not included in the service price unless otherwise stated.
Upon completion, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the work carried out and arrange payment for return shipping.
Once the return shipping fee has been paid, your module will be securely packaged and dispatched using a tracked delivery service.

Important Information
⚠️ Not all Mercedes EIS / EZS modules can be cloned from completely failed units.
⚠️ If the original module has suffered severe water damage, fire damage, physical damage or data corruption, recovery may not be possible.
⚠️ Please contact us before ordering if your original module is completely non-responsive.
⚠️ Cloning requirements vary depending on module type and vehicle specification.
⚠️ Additional modules or keys may be required for certain applications.
⚠️ Replacement modules supplied by customers must be compatible with the vehicle.
⚠️ A non-refundable diagnostic and testing fee of £49 applies where a module is found to be beyond repair, unsuitable for cloning, excessively damaged, or where the customer chooses not to proceed following inspection.

⚠️ We strongly recommend purchasing donor modules from a reputable supplier. Prestige Performance Group cannot be held responsible for faulty, damaged, corrupted, locked or incompatible donor modules supplied by the customer.
⚠️ Additional testing, programming or replacement charges may apply if a supplied donor module is found to be faulty.

Prestige Performance Group accepts no liability for faults unrelated to the supplied module.
Where a replacement module supplied by the customer is found to be faulty, incompatible or previously modified, additional charges may apply.
All modules are photographed upon arrival and bench tested where possible prior to dispatch.
In the event that a module is found to be beyond repair, unsuitable for cloning, severely damaged, data corrupted or incompatible, a non-refundable £49 diagnostic and testing fee will apply.
Customers are responsible for the suitability of any donor modules supplied.
Prestige Performance Group accepts no liability for faulty or incompatible donor units purchased from third-party suppliers.
This fee covers technician time, testing, assessment and bench diagnostics already carried out.
Any modules left unpaid or abandoned for an extended period may be subject to storage charges.
