Cancellation Policy
Mobile Service Booking Terms & Conditions Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your mobile appointment and is non-refundable. Rescheduling: You must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule or amend your booking. Changes requested within this period may not be accommodated and will result in loss of deposit. Access Requirements: You must ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible, and legal location with adequate space for our technician to work. If the location is unsuitable, the appointment may be cancelled at your expense. Power & Safety: A 240V power source may be required for certain services. Please inform us in advance of any site restrictions or safety concerns. Internet/Broadband Access: For remapping services, strong mobile signal coverage or access to reliable broadband is essential. If signal is poor and no broadband is available, the service may not be completed, and your deposit may be forfeited. Weather Contingency: Mobile services are subject to weather conditions. If adverse weather prevents safe operation, we will reschedule your appointment at no extra charge. Agreement to Terms: By booking a mobile service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Pre-Service Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions and authorize Prestige Performance Group to perform this service at your chosen location.
