## Booking Policy Off-Car DPF Cleaning – £199 Inc. VAT Booking is recommended to ensure we can process your DPF within the expected turnaround time. Standard turnaround is usually within 24 hours from receipt of the DPF. Express cleaning is available by prior arrangement, with an approximate turnaround of 70–90 minutes. Express service is charged at an additional £25 + VAT. The £199 price applies to DPF units supplied already removed from the vehicle. Vehicle removal and refitting are not included. DPFs should be drained of excessive fluids and safely packaged if being delivered or collected. Turnaround times are estimates and may be extended if the DPF is exceptionally contaminated, requires additional cleaning cycles or further inspection. DPFs found to have a cracked, melted, internally damaged or otherwise unserviceable core may not be suitable for cleaning. We will advise you if this is identified. Cleaning does not repair faults elsewhere on the vehicle that caused the DPF to become restricted. Any underlying engine, sensor or emissions-system faults should be diagnosed and repaired before the cleaned DPF is refitted. Payment is due on completion and before the DPF is released or returned.
